This spanish exterior, farmhouse rustic interior home marries elegant, classic fixtures with touches of rustic lighting elsewhere in the home.  Like in most custom luxury homes, the placement of the outlets, switches and lighting can call for some creative solutions.  As you can see in this home, the outlets were cut into the granite back splash in the master bathroom while in the kitchen, they were discretely placed on the side corners of the island.  The exterior fixtures were attached to the brick walls on the beautiful patio and chandeliers and pendants hung from beams.

We utilized a variety of lighting techniques to produce the desired effect of the home design.  Multiple cans, hanging pendants, wall scones, rustic chandeliers and under cabinet lighting for example.  This home has fun nooks and crannies that are complimented with intimate lighting solutions like the reading nook overlooking the lovely gardens or the butler’s pantry off the kitchen.
